Here are some simple guidelines for having a successful review process
Step ONE: Submit a Project Applicant Package
Step TWO: Work with your City of San Diego Project Manager to resolve
any issues with your project
Step THREE: Schedule your project with the OBPB Project Review
Committee
Step FOUR: Schedule your project for a vote at a General Meeting of the
Ocean Beach Planning Board
- Download a Project Applicant Package.
- Download and fill out the Project Form.
- Or...Send an email with an address to request a package by mail
Step TWO: Work with your City of San Diego Project Manager to resolve
any issues with your project
- It is highly recommended that you resolve any major issues identified by
Developmental Services prior to a Community Planning Board review of your
project.
Step THREE: Schedule your project with the OBPB Project Review
Committee
- Allows you the opportunity to get initial feedback from the Board about your
